Place ground beef in mixing bowl. Pour seasonings over ground beef. Use paddle attachment and mix ground beef for 2 min or until seasoning is well incorporated. If you don’t have a mixer with a paddle attachment, use clean hands to knead the ground beef until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Shape into patties.
Grill. Place slices of cheese on the top of each burger for the last few minutes of cooking.
Serve with desired toppings. (Suggestions: bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, ketchup, mayo, mustard, BBQ sauce, and ranch dressing)
