Oven Roasted Boneless Baby Back Ribs

Boneless Ribs….Isn’t that a misnomer? No matter….whether it is or not, these are delicious and you’ll be glad you made them!

I’ve slow cooked baby back ribs countless times in the oven, but I’d never seen “boneless” ones until at the store yesterday. I’ve seen boneless country-style ribs, but not baby back ribs. So I decided to give it a try.

I seasoned the racks of ribs with California Style Garlic Salt and Season All Seasoned Salt and set them in a broiler pan, but you don’t need a broiler pan…you could use any type of roasting pan or cut them to fit in a 9×13 pan. I added some water so it wouldn’t dry out. (Next time, I’d use 1/2 c. I used less and they were a tiny bit dry compared to other ribs I’ve made.)

Roast them at 275* for 5-6 hours. Then slather them with your favorite BBQ sauce and put them back in a 450* oven to warm and bake on the sauce OR fire up the grill and grill them on low for a minute or 2 while basting them with sauce.
