Oven-Baked Malibu Chicken
Breaded chicken topped with savory ham and melted cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450*.
Mix egg white and water in a small bowl. Mix bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese and garlic salt in another small bowl.
Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise, or, using a meat tenderizer, pound chicken breasts to desired thickness, then cut in half.
Dip each chicken breast in egg white mixture and then in bread crumb mixture, coating evenly. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Brush or drizzle the top of each chicken breast with melted butter.
Bake for 16-20 min. or until cooked through. (Turn half-way through cooking if desired.)
Remove from oven. Place one slice of ham on each chicken breast and then cover with one slice of cheese.
Return to oven for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
