Brownies, oreos and cream cheese frosting all mixed together in one fabulous dessert!
What could be better???
If you want to make these NOW, but your cream cheese and butter is in the fridge, you can soften the butter and cream cheese quickly prior to making the frosting by putting them in a microwave safe dish and microwaving them (separately) for about 5-8 seconds. It should be the consistency of ice cream in a container. Microwave for another 2-3 seconds if not soft enough.
