Preheat oven to 400*. Mix Dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add margarine/butter and mix with fork until well blended. Sprinkle over prepared pizza crust. Bake for 9-12 min.
While pizza is baking, mix powdered sugar, melted butter and vanilla with a whisk until smooth. Add a few drops of water if a smoother consistency is desired.
Drizzle with vanilla glaze.
Store wrapped in aluminum foil or in an airtight container (ziploc bag works fine.) No need to refrigerate.
