The Cake
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 1 3.9 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c water
- 1/4 c melted butter
Cinnamon Topping
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Cream Cheese Glaze
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/3 c butter melted
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4-6 Tbsp milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*. Set out cream cheese to come to room temperature.
- Beat cake mix, eggs, butter, pudding mix and water with electric mixer on low until smooth. Beat on medium speed for 2 min, stirring and scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into greased pan.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Sprinkle over cake batter. Gently marble by “cutting through” the topping and cake batter with a butter knife or icing spatula.
- Bake for 29-35 min or as directed on package or until toothpick inserted through center of cake comes out clean.
- During last 10 minutes of baking, beat cream cheese and butter until well blended. Add 1 cup of powdered sugar and beat until creamy. Add the rest of the powdered sugar and beat until incorporated well. Add vanilla and beat until creamy. Add milk one tablespoon at a time until at desired consistency.
- Drizzle frosting over cake and serve while warm.
