My family loves snickerdoodle cookies. I wanted to make some, but I really didn’t want to take all the time to make the batter, roll the cookies into balls and roll them in cinnamon and sugar. Plus, I just love the chewiness of bar cookies! I decided to modify a family favorite cookie bar recipe into a snickerdoodle bar! I added cinnamon chips, but they would be good without the cinnamon chips as well. I have made them a few times now, and our family loves them! They are now one of my husband’s favorite desserts!
