rapid rise or instant active dry yeast

salt

Tbsp. sugar
1
c
warm water

Tbsp olive oil
Optional:
cornmeal

Tbsp melted butter
garlic salt
dry grated parmesan cheese

warm water

Tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Stir dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Add very warm water and olive oil and mix until well incorporated.
Turn onto floured surface and knead for a minute to form a ball.
Let sit for 5 minutes if you have time.
Divide and shape as desired.
Bake at 450* for 9-12 min.
