Garlic-Parmesan Cheese Toast

A couple of weeks ago, I was looking for a way to use some extra french bread that I had from a family party. We are hooked on this now! My husband calls it “sugar-free dessert!” I like it so much better than the pre-purchased garlic bread, partially because each slice gets toasted and none of it is soggy. You can also control how much butter you put on according to your taste!


Garlic-Parmesan Cheese Toast
Parmesan and Garlic bread with just a little crunch....and on the table in minutes!

Instructions
  1. Slice french bread into 10 slices and place on a cookie sheet.
  2. Spread butter on each slice.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic salt, then parmesan cheese.
  4. Turn oven to broil. Place in the oven on the top rack and broil for 3-4 minutes or until the edges are well toasted and butter is bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and serve.
